About this role:
As we continue to build innovative products in the blockchain space, we are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our People Operations team. As Technical Recruiter you will work closely with our Head of Engineering to bring creativity and strategy to source top talent, expand our US presence, & grow a team our Silicon Valley office. This role will oversee full-cycle recruiting for Developers (Front End, Back End, Full Stack), DevOps, Data Scientists, UX/UI, and a variety of technical positions that will play an important part in building the bedrock of decentralized technology.
In this role you will:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Source potential candidates through various channels and methods
- Develop long-term recruiting strategies and processes
- Plan screening calls, interviews, and assessments
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns
Is this you?
- Experience (3+ years) as a technical recruiter, filling a variety of positions (Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Creativity and flexibility when strategically sourcing talent
- Technical expertise, able to lead the engineering interview process
- Comfortable with ambiguity, able to take charge and get things done despite the unknowns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
What would be a plus?
- Experience working in startups and fast paced environments
- Knowledge or background in development or technical skills
- Previous experience recruiting for Silicon Valley companies
- Having a passion for, and experience within the blockchain/crypto space will be a plus.
